Reimbursement Procedure:
If the buyer refuses the package, unopened, the package will automatically be returned to sender and the shipping costs will be charged to Discount Online Cigarettes.

The buyer must inform us that the package was returned in writing to the following e-mail address: CustomerService

The buyer must provide the order number. The buyer can also indicate the reason for rejecting the package. Any other information, complaints and remarks are welcome.

The money will be reimbursed when the package is returned and received by our warehouse.

Very important: mail cannot be returned to sender by AIR-MAIL or "Priority" mail. Consequently, return time may be longer than the time required for the same parcel to reach you.

In the event of loss or theft related to shortcomings or inefficiencies attributed to the postal service in the country of destination, reimbursement or replacement will only be started following your request by e-mail to CustomerService. The request can be made at any time but will be taken into account only from the 30th day following the date of order.

In your e-mail, please specify which option you prefer:
Replacement of the same product or similar product;
Reimbursement to credit card.

In the event of damage related to shortcomings or inefficiencies attributed to the postal service in the country of destination, reject the goods (which will automatically be returned to the sender at our expense). The reimbursement procedure will start as soon as the package is returned to the sender and you have sent a request by e-mail to CustomerService.

Please advise us immediately at CustomerService. You must include the respective order number when requesting a refund or cancellation. If the purchase has not already been mailed you can choose one of the following options:

1) Replacement of the product with a product of equal value.
or
2) Return of paid sum by crediting your credit card.

If the order has already been mailed (we will notify you by e-mail when you request cancellation), you must decline the order when it arrives. Once we have received the returned parcel, we will credit your credit card.
